Merchant has to sign up for at least 12 months services with AsiaPay. |

For the Free Trial Promotion (i.e. the 1st three months after onboarded)
a. hoolah will offer a merchant fee of 0%
b. AsiaPay will waive the PayDollar's one-time setup fee and also 3 months of the PayDollar's monthly maintenance fee.
c. Please note that PayDollar's transaction processing fee will still apply |

From the 4th month onward, the hoolah's merchant fee, the PayDollar's monthly maintenance fee as well as the PayDollar's transaction processing fee will apply as per the service agreement. |
